Setting negative padding obscures border lines for QPlainTextEdit and QTextEdit

      Borders are truncated when negative padding is set for QPlainTextWidget and QTextEdit
      Please see the attached sample for more details (QTBUG82103_negativepadding.ui)

      The effect varies depends on the value of the padding and border
      1) With smaller values, negative padding hides all borders
      2) With big values, negative padding truncates the border of the same direction as padding

      Workaround :
      Adding background-color solves the problems.
