Black rectangle is seen occasionally on maintainaceTool

      When running the MaintenanceTool.exe application, occasionally a random black box are shown on installer pages.

      This same thing happens in customer application as well. This seems limited to few machines.
      Attached are screenshots and qtdiag, qt-unified-windows-x86-3.2.1-2-online.exe was used.
