Windows: Grey menu items are painted incorrectly when in dark mode level 2

Normally, unusable menu items are painted grey. But in dark mode (level 2), they are painted green, and when you zoom in the screenshots attached in the appendixes, you will find that these menu items are painted twice actually, the green ones are painted on top of the grey ones. And it make the menu items' text hard to read.
