[REG: 5.13.2->5.14.0]: When hovering over an entity that has a QLayer component it will assert

      When hovering over an entity that has a QLayer component it will assert with:

      ASSERT: metaObj in file aspectsqabstractaspect.cpp, line 213

      This seems to only happen on Windows as I could not get it to assert on macOS. To reproduce in the example, hover over the cube.
