Calls to queryKeyboardModifiers not returning the correct modifiers.  In the attached test script, queryKeyboardModifiers is repeatedly called, and the results printed out.  If, e.g., shift is held down that does not immediately register in the modifiers that are reported (sometimes the modifiers are updated after the key is released).  

This was tested on Windows 8.1.  The same issue does not appear to occur on OSX.
