MSVC errors out on recent exported extern template QMetaTypeForType

    Description

      MSVC will print warnings when encountering the declarations and in developer-build it will error-out.
      An example of one of the errors:

      warning C4910: 'QtPrivate::QMetaTypeForType<bool>': '__declspec(dllexport)' and 'extern' are incompatible on an explicit instantiation
