TIFF Image crashes Qt when loading/rendering

      Loading the attached image into the example image viewers crashes Qt.  Photoshop reads it correctly.  

      C:\Qt\Examples\Qt-5.14.1\widgets\widgets\imageviewer

      Qt crashes when loading this in my application also.  I used the setScaledSize option to scale it to 160x90 or so.
