select and copy text from PDF using selection handles on touch platforms

      Mouse-based text selection is easy, but getting native text selection handles on iOS and Android may be harder. QTBUG-51010 was about adding these for Controls; but that was done via the input method. Maybe that work is still reusable somehow, even though this kind of text selection is not in the context of doing input. It needs investigation.
