[REG 5.13.0->5.14.0] Application crashes when using font "Lato-Light" with font-size: 18px

When I run the attached example, the application crashes. It only happens with 

{{ font-family: url(:/font/Lato-Light.ttf); }}

and
font-size: 18px;

Changing the font-size or the font itself does not crash the application.

The crash happens only in debug mode.

The application runs when using QT 5.13.0

 Sometimes QTCreator also crashes afterwards.
