QSlider::range 1 to #<10 does not paint ticks

    Description

      If a QSlider has a range from 1 to a number less then 10 the slider does not paint a tick pr step, but only one tick in the beginning of the slider. However, if the QSlider has a range from 0 to a number < 10 it will paint a tick pr step.
