[Reg 5.14.1->5.14.2] Focus rects have wrong size

      Focus rects are not drawn with correct size on macOS, see attached screenshot.

      Reproducible with official Qt Creator 4.12.0 beta2, e.g. open the preferences dialog and select a line edit.
