QML Settings do not persist on iOS

    Description

      QML Settings do not persist on iOS. but they persist OK on Mac OS and Android.  It would be really convenient if this could work on iOS.  (Maybe it did work at one time, but it is not working now on an iPhone 6s running iOS 13.3.1)

      QML Settings is Qt labs module, but there was no way to label the issue as such.  I know it is said the the Qt labs modules may not keep the same support in future versions, but it sure would be nice if it could work in iOS in the near future, as it provides a nice functionality that's needed on all platforms.
