QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS does not allow spaces

    Description

      The QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS splits on spaces and for example setting the path to some default install locations on Windows platform is an issue, because there is spaces in the path.
