Installer claims minGW 7.3 even 8.1 one is installed

      Qt 5.15 prebuilt binaries are done by using minGW 8.1, see https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qt5/+/278582

      That needs to be updated to installer as well, minGW targets are saying minGW 7.3 still
