Add clear warning when attempting to use QSslSocket if it's not available

Currently if Qt is configured with e.g. -no-openssl an attempt to use QSslSocket will result in an error along the lines error C2653: 'QSslSocket': is not a class or namespace name

Suggestion: add a small compile time warning that would better indicate why QSslSocket couldn't be used
