document use of QT_EDITION in meta-qt5

      The license used for Qt can be selected with QT_EDITION variable when configuring meta-qt5. It default to opensource, but can be changed to 'commercial'. This should be documented in https://doc.qt.io/QtForDeviceCreation/qtee-meta-qt5.html
