[PeakCAN] Example crashes when CAN FD is enabled and that is not supported by adapter

      How to reproduce:

      1. Connect to the PC the PeakCAN USB adapter which does not support the FD feature.
      2. Run the CAN example application.
      3. Choose the "peakcan" plugin, "usb0" interface, select the "Custom" options and set the FD option to "true".

      The CAN example application gets crashed.
