Description
When a Popup has an odd number for the width and/or height then texts inside it can be rendered badly. This seems to be connected to the positioning and size of the Popup in question. This is predominately happening on Windows but reportedly reproducable on macOS too.
In the example provided, you may need to resize the window to see the bad behavior so if it is not shown right away then resize it to see it happen.
