qmake: add variables propagation from subdirs project to descendants

    Description

      Currently passing variables from subdirs project to subprojects is only possible via ugly hacks like generating .qmake.conf file from subdirs pro file. Taking into account qmake is planned to be supported in Qt 6 I suggest to add such a functionality - it will make a bit more happy all the people who for some reasons can't handle cmake syntax.
