Crash when calling a slot of an "empty" Q_GADGET object

If there is a Q_GADGET object that doesn't have any properties, calling a slot method in QML will encounters an access violation exception, e.g.

class Gadget {
    Q_GADGET

public slots:

    void foobar() const;
};
