Should support USA style Qt::weekNumber()

      QDate :: weekNumber() adopts ISO 8601, but needs support for other styles such as USA and Islamic.

      • ISO 8601: Week containing the first Thursday of the year or Week containing January 4th
      • America:  Week containing January 1
      • Islamic: Week containing the first Friday of the year

      QCalendarWidget::VerticalHeaderFormat is also relevant.
