Unable to input some character in web view

      Using an ITA keyboard with ITA input method I'm unable to enter some characters in text edit inside web view (like the "@" or "#" for instance, basically any char which requires to press Alt Gr button)

       

      This is a regression from 5.14.1 to 5.14.2 and it is reproducible using the web engine example 

       

      Not reproducible on Mac, not tested on Linux
