Add Qt PDF to the marketplace

    Description

      Make Qt PDF available in the marketplace. 

      It should be available under LGLv3 and commercial licenses. 

      It should be available for all desktop platforms + iOS. 

      Online repo structure will be

            • clang (in macOS)
            • iOS (in macOS)
            • MSVC 2019 32bit (In windows)
