Reopening a maximized Dialog is broken

    Description

      When a dialog is maximized and closed with ok/Cancel button click, and reopened again, it is not retaining its look, please refer to the attached sample.

      1. Click the button to open dialog
      2. maximize the opened dialog (full screen)
      3. close the dialog with the close button.
      4. open the dialog again.

      The dialog is brokend as shown in the attached screenshot.
