Description
When using rotate() on a QGraphicsItem that has been scaled via setTransform() then it does not appear as expected. According to the documentation it will apply transformations in a certain order, however if you apply a rotate() on top of a QTransform that has been scaled then it will transposing rather than multiplying them.
