openSUSE Tumbleweed, clang 10
Description
A similar issue was reported months ago for qtcreator: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTCREATORBUG-23172
Starting with clang 9, it is possible to build an unified library called libclang-cpp [1]
The qttools dev branch currently only supports split libraries. As a result, qdoc isn't built:
[ 78s] -- Could not locate /usr/lib64/libclangTooling.a [ 78s] -- Could not locate /usr/lib64/libclangTooling.so [ 78s] CMake Warning at cmake/FindWrapLibClang.cmake:498 (message): [ 78s] Could not locate clangTooling
