Verify the doc make targets generated on dev using the CMake setup

      The Qt build from the dev branch using the CMake setup does build the docs for the essential modules, but the make targets seem to generate everything. Originally, the following make targets specific to doc build were generated by the qmake build system:

      • prepare_docs - Collect info. about all the includes
      • generate_docs - Generate docs
      • html_docs - HTMLs + qhp only
      • qch_docs - QCH only
      • docs - everything.

      The CMake setup seem to generate everything even for the html_docs target.
