ScrollBar/ScrollIndicator changes its height while scrolling ListView

    Description

      When using variable height delegates – as is the case in the chat application tutorial – the scroll-bar/indicator changes its height as the user is scrolling. You can reproduce this behavior by opening the application and randomly entering several long and short messages and attempting to scroll. The issue also happens when wrapping the ListView in a ScrollView but that probably isn't relevant.
