Open/close values are not displayed on a chart if bodyOutlineVisible=False and open=close

      In Qt Charts, if QCandlestickSeries.bodyOutlineVisible=False, and QCandlestickSet.open() = QCandlestickSet.close(), open/close line is not displayed for a candlestick on a chart, and there is no way to determine the open/close value correctly.

      The open/close line should be visible for a candlestick even if the outline is disabled for it, and open=close.
