Add support for passing -DDEFINE to qdoc

      Add support for passing -DDEFINE to qdoc, currently you need to do it like: -D DEFINE to get it to work, but since a Makefile can have defines specified with -DDEFINE then it would make it easier if qdoc would accept defines that way too.
