    Description

I have a 10 page document in okular. Because my printer does not have duplex support, I first select to print the odd pages. This works.

Then I put the papers in the printer in reverse order (as they came out of the printer), and select to print only the even pages in "reverse" order.

Now qt print dialog prints the first page as an empty page, and then the 5 odd pages, so all is wrong.
