How can I insert QOpenGLWindow into Qwidget

How can I insert my QOpenGLWindow into a Qwidget?

I noticed there is a function called creatWindowContainer but this doesn't fit...

Is there any better idea? 

Actually , what am I doing is developping a roller_bearing analysis software for my tutor, and I draw a 3D , movable picture based on QOpenGLWindow, but he wanted me to insert this into my MainWindow. So I gotta use a TabWidget to make MainWindow neat , and here comes my problem...

I would be appreciated if you guys could give me some advice
