qhashfunctions.h doesn't build on MSVC2017

    Description

      Qt fails while building qmake on MSVC2017 with the following error message

      c:\dev\qt5-dev\base\include\qtcore\../../src/corelib/tools/qhashfunctions.h(198): error C3520: 'T': parameter pack must be expanded in this context.

      Reverting 707129fd5a7c6390fbdf4270119226df2a427fcd fixes the problem.
