    Description

      Add a basic provisioning setup using Vagrant and ansible that ensures the environment:

      • runs Ubuntu 18.04
      • has all packages required for building Qt
      • contains a checkout of Qt sources
      • has LLVM/libclang - use version 10 as that's what we're aiming to use for QDoc in Qt6
      • has nginx as running service
