Several projects maintain a TOC structure, i.e. a \page with a \list, where list elements define the pages included in the documentation set. Adding/removing/renaming pages requires updating the \nextpage and \previouspage commands for affected pages in the TOC - some project rely on additional scripting for this.

Add an option to QDoc for generating the navigation links automatically for all pages listed in the TOC.
