No sdkBuildToolsRevision in deployment JSON

      In Qt5.15 CMake projects for Android, when invoking androiddeployqt with --jarsigner and --sign parameters, the zipalign tool isn't found because of a missing sdkBuildToolsRevision entry in deployment JSON file.
