Expand android-deployment-settings.json to be scoped for the different archictectures

Expand android-deployment-settings.json to be scoped for the different archictectures. This would make it easier to control what the settings for each architecture is and save having to ensure things like extra libraries, qrc files etc are all available for that given architecture. Anything else not scoped would then be for all architectures to include.
