Description
This seems to be a recurring issue: How to set the icon size on QMenu items is not clear, seams broken. See:
- https://stackoverflow.com/q/45011006/469322
- https://forum.qt.io/topic/63483/qmenu-icon-size/6
In the docs there is a section about Customizing QMenu: https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/stylesheet-examples.html#customizing-qmenu
When dealing with this it becomes clear that there is no information about setting the actual icon size of the entries or actions in a menu. I'd suggest to clear this up.
The results of my testing so far I put in all these links up there ^
In short: QMenu icon-size is ignored unless also QMenu::item is styled
From what I see this at least lacks documentation but is probably also due to some issue.
What I didn't write so far: If one sets the font-size in a QMenu-stylesheet the icon-size is ignored again, but the are remains reserved its is now aligned to the right...
