[REG 5.14->5.15]: Text rendering has an offset (200% DPI scaling, Windows)

      With Qt 5.15.0, on WIndows with DPI scaling set to 200% and ClearType enabled (turned on in the Windows ClearType settings), the position of rendered text is 1x1 pixels off.

      The text position offset with ClearType disabled (turned off in the Windows ClearType settings) is now at 2x2 pixels (went up from 1x1 pixels: QTBUG-50024)

      The above rendering was done with the example that is attached in QTBUG-50024.
