qtTrId is not accessible from QtScript

    Description

      The global qtTrId ( const char * id, int n = -1 ) isn't accessible in QtScript, and implicitly not in QML either. To be able to use the same .qm files, this function should also be exposed when calling QScriptEngine::installTranslatorFunctions()
