The pop-up menu is only displayed on the main screen

    Description

      I have a configuration with two screens. If the main application window is located on the second (non-main) screen, the pop-up menu is displayed on the main screen.

      See the project in the attached file. When you click the test toolbar button, the menu appears only on the main screen.

      5.14.2 works correctly.
