Start menu shortcuts show incorrect MINGW version

    Description

      Qt 5.15.0 installed with only MinGW 8.1.0 x64 via the online installer.

       

      Click Start > Qt

      All shortcuts (and hence CMD window title) incorrectly state version MinGW 7.3.0 though the actual version is 8.1.0.

       

      >gcc --version
gcc (x86_64-posix-seh-rev0, Built by MinGW-W64 project) 8.1.0
