[Reg 5.14.1-5.15.0] QML ListView not behaving as expected with ObjectModel

when a new ObjectModel instance is assigned to the ListView object to change the user interface, contents of old model are not removed before assigning the new one.
While on Qt5.14.0 previous model contents were removed after the new model was assigned to the ListView, it is no longer working with Qt5.14.1 and 5.15.0 - previous model contents stay on screen, which makes the models' contents overlap each other on the ListView.
