Provide a means to build QPdf statically

      When building Qt with configure switch "-static", qtwebengine will be skipped. Since QPdf is a part of that, it will not be built either. I'd appreciate having a way to build QPdf statically. If it's already possible, I'd be happy to hear how.

      Use case: Fuzzing QPdf, e.g. QImage's PDF support.
