QNetworkAccessManager Configurable max number of connections

      Qt networking opens unrestricted number of connections. We learned from 7.x that 7-8 max connections is optimal number of max connections for mobile browsing. It gives enough flexibility to rotate the connections for various transactions and it allows to avoid the cost of multiple opens and closes.
