[REG 5.15] Compilation error with -static -no-sqlite

Hi,

First, apologies for my english.

I'm used to compile qbittorrent, with MSVC 2017 and the instructions here https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/wiki/Compiling-with-MSVC-2017-(static-linkage)/27d914fd1b560b13ac3cb7af0aa4622f618322d0

It was for qt 5.13.x, but it was working fine, until 5.15 beta 3 (beta 2 and before were ok) . Since 5.15 beta 3, after a while, the qt compilation stops with the errors: 

jom: G:\qbopti3\qt-everywhere-src-5.15.0\qttools\Makefile [sub-src-make_first] Error 2
jom: G:\qbopti3\qt-everywhere-src-5.15.0\Makefile [module-qttools-make_first] Error 2

I upgraded perl, nsam, msvc,...still theses erros, and i'm not the only one :

I know it's not a lot to work on, but some changes in beta 3 lead to that behaviour, and honestly I don't know where to look. Some pointers would be nice.
