Qmake mixing still fails for certain configurations

      macOS framework issues should be fixed at this point

      Android and iOS (cross-compiling configs) can be ignored for now, because qmake is not found due to different installation layout (old qmake configs expect it in /home/qt/work/install/bin/qmake whereas cmake installs it to /home/qt/work/install/host/bin/qmake

      Windows MSVC seems to be missing the 'zlib.h' header when compiling qsvgtinydocument.cpp

      Windows MinGW seems to not find the libQt6Widgets.a import library.

      OpenSuse static builds can't find static plugins (Looks like we're just placing them in the wrong directory).
