MouseArea in header of ListView doesn't work with OverlayHeader

    Description

      I've attached an example of what fails as of Qt 5.15 (this works in 5.14).

      When a MouseArea of TapHandler is in the header delegate for a ListView, setting the headerPositioning to OverLayHeader prevents them from intercepting mouse events.
