Refactor and cleanup QMeta* classes

      In order to make the meta* classes easier to use in various places (QMetaObjectBuilder, QML engine), we should refactor them a bit and avoid magic numbers.

      Moreover, remove code to support older metaobject layouts (pre 5.12), and improve the implementation where possible
