Description
Just like we run qmake on the top-level qt5.pro project in Coin, we should do the same for CMake configurations.
Doing that for CMake ensures we don't regress with top-level builds.
Note that doing that for cross-compiling configs is tracked in a separate issue, due to the need of a complete host build, which was not required for Qt5 + qmake builds.
